Internal employees can obtain it whether they recommend themselves or others to successfully join and work for more than 90 days. Among them, the recommended bonus is 500 yuan, the return fee for different positions ranges from 2000 to 3000 yuan, and the hourly salary for different job positions ranges from 22 to 22 yuan/h.
A Foxconn internal recruitment manager told Time Weekly that the recommendation bonus plan launched on May 29th is still valid, and there is currently no deadline or upper limit for recruitment. In addition, Foxconn has 5 long-term cooperative labor companies such as Jiangsu Siyuan and Anhui Tianzao, and a large number of employees will be recruited through the labor company channel to ensure the number of employees recruited.
Employees recruited by Foxconn from a labor service company told Time Weekly that the recruitment campaign is expected to only begin in July, with a basic requirement of how many people there are. Currently, if an employee joins a labor service company, they can receive higher referral bonuses. For example, if the employee successfully checks in for 7 days, the recommender can receive an additional refund of 300 yuan per person.
In addition, according to the reporter of the Times Weekly, there are also a small number of people recruited by Heshuo and Luxshare. The number of people is limited to more than 10 every day. The basic local labor volume can be met, and there is no need to cooperate with labor companies to dispatch from other places. Lens Technology's Hunan plant is also hiring, and there is no large bonus, but the wage is 25 yuan/h higher than Foxconn's.
